PT Panen Lestari Indonesia (PLI) is seeking a Store Supervisor to drive sales, manage daily store operations, and develop a high-performing team across multiple Indonesian cities. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and English communication skills, with shifts including weekends.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail supervision and solid understanding of inventory control, reporting, and POS systems to ensure consistent profitability and customer service excellence.

Competenze

• Graduated with Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years in a retail supervisor role.
• Understands retail operations and stock inventory.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and in Jakarta and other cities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
