Job summary

MR.DIY Indonesia is seeking a Customer Experience Auditor to visit stores, check service standards, and report Mystery Shopping findings to raise customer satisfaction.

You will inspect store infrastructure, handle in-store complaints, train teams, conduct customer surveys, and support sales. Requires bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in customer service or retail, strong communication and problem solving, and willingness to relocate anywhere in Indonesia and work six days a week.
