Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service Training Specialist to lead daily briefing sessions and deliver service excellence coaching for store staff.

The role requires analyzing customer trends, conducting mystery shopping, and preparing performance reports to drive improvements. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and at least two years in retail or customer service, with willingness to work rotating shifts in Jayapura and to transfer as needed.

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
