Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Sales Operations professional in Yogyakarta to oversee the execution of sales and marketing programs, mix management, and planograms. You will work with the Execution team to drive sales planning and program rollout to achieve growth.

The role requires at least 3 years in FMCG sales, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure promotions run smoothly and shelves are stocked.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor implementation of sales & marketing programs and planograms.
• Coordinate with Execution team on sales planning and program roll out.
• Ensure stock availability to launch promotions and avoid Out of Stock at outlets.
• Review account performance and develop internal tools/reports.
• Lead program implementation and maintain communication with the Execution team.
• Support KAEs to create monthly bulletins and handle related admin.
• Oversee overall Sales Operations for respective accounts.
