Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Studies, or related fields.
  • 5–7 years of managerial experience in business reporting, preferably FMCG or multinational.
  • Proven track record with reporting processes, data quality, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute standard reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Amend existing reports and build new ones via SQL connections and data manipulation.
  • Support month-end closing, forecasts, budgets, and routine reporting for assigned BU.
  • Identify data sources, extract, cleanse, and validate data for reporting.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and conduct initial analysis for end users.
  • Assist reporting tool upgrades and system enhancements.
  • Monitor report availability and data refresh schedules; provide insights for standardization.

Data Insights Services Team is responsible for delivering end-to-end reporting, analytics, and insights across Commercial and Supply Chain domains, ensuring high-quality, standardized, and scalable data products that support business performance and operational decision-making. The team combines business acumen and technical expertise that includes business reporting, analytics capabilities and data engineering to enable data-driven decisions across key business functions.

YOUR ROLE

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and standardized business reports that support effective decision-making across the organization. You will ensure compliance with reporting standards and protocols, provide insights to Sales and other functions, and proactively collaborate with business users to resolve issues. In addition, you will identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, support automation initiatives, and help drive efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in reporting across the business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Prepare and distribute standard reports using BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and MS Excel in a timely and accurate manner
  • Amend existing reports and build new reports by manipulating data with BI tools, Analysis for Office, MS Excel, or SQL connections. Support development and implementation of reporting improvement initiatives (e.g., automation, simplification)
  • Support month-end closing, forecast, budget cycles, and daily/weekly reporting for assigned BU.
  • Identify reliable data sources, extract, cleanse, and validate data required for reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and conduct initial analysis for end users.
  • Assist in reporting application upgrades, system enhancements, and reporting-related projects.
  • Proactively monitor system performance, report availability, and data refresh schedules; provide regular feedback to ensure reliability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for reporting improvement, standardization, and simplification.
CAREER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education Background:
  • Min. bachelor degree from Information Systems/ Finance / Business Studies/ Management or any related disciplines
Professional Experience:
  • 5-7 years of working experience at managerial level in Business Reporting related areas preferably from FMCG industry and /or Multinational Company.
Qualifications / Certifications:
  • Proven track record of managing reporting processes, data quality, and reporting tools (Excel, SAP Analysis for Office, Alteryx, BI Tools – Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial curiosity and the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance BAU delivery with new demand, projects, and process improvements.
