Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia mencari Sales Operations untuk memantau implementasi program penjualan & pemasaran, pengelolaan mix, planogram, dan alat penjualan lain untuk menghadapi pelanggan yang semakin kompleks.

Peran ini melibatkan koordinasi dengan tim Eksekusi terkait perencanaan penjualan dan peluncuran program pemasaran untuk mencapai pertumbuhan penjualan dan laba.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from Any Major.
• Minimum 3 years experiences as sales in FMCG Industry.
• Highly Discipline and Eager to Achieve.
• Possess good analytical and logical thinking.
• Attention to detail and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Pastikan implementasi Picture of Success di akun terkait.
• Pastikan ketersediaan stok (koordinasi dengan VRP) untuk peluncuran program promosi.
• Pantau dan tinjau kinerja akun secara rutin untuk memastikan rencana diterapkan dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja akun.
• Pimpin program implementasi termasuk menjaga komunikasi dengan tim Eksekusi selama program.
• Dukungan KAE untuk membuat bulletin bulanan termasuk pengisian sistem dan administrasi terkait.
• Tinjau dan pantau Operasi Penjualan secara keseluruhan untuk akun terkait.

As Sales Operation, you will monitor implementation of sales & marketing programs, mix management, planograms, and other sales tools in order to deal with the increasingly complex and demanding customers; Coordinate with Execution team related to sales planning and roll out marketing program in order to achieve the sales & profit growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Picture of Success Implementation in respective account and Ensure Picture of Success Implementation in respective account.
• Ensure availability stock (coordinate with VRP) to launch promotion program to avoid any Out of Stock in Outlet level.
• Monitor and review each account performance in regular basis to ensure every plan are implemented and impact to account performance. This is includingprocess key account plan including identification of opportunity and develop internal tool/report/data for individual account
• Lead implementation program including maintain communication with Execution team during the program.
• Support KAE to create monthly bulletin including system submission and related administrative
• Review and monitor overall Sales Operations for respective Account to ensure every Sales
