PT Japan Asia Consultants in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive growth in import/export and electronics sectors. Strong English skills are required, and basic Japanese is a plus.

You will conduct customer visits, build relationships with local staff and clients, coordinate logistics, prepare shipping documents, manage inventory, and process orders in the system. Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English; Japanese a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with import-export operations and/or electronics sales preferred.
• Experience in a Japanese company highly preferred.
• Eager to learn, humble, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities, including both accompanied and independent customer visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local staff and customers to support business development and drive sales growth.
• Coordinate with couriers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth import and export operations.
• Prepare and send shipping documents to vendors and customers.
• Monitor and manage inventory control.
• Process and input data into the company's system, including orders and purchase/sales order management.
