This role focuses on campaign execution, client communication, and marketing coordination — ensuring consistent outreach, strong brand presence, and high-quality lead engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Communications

• Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives including WhatsApp blasts, email campaigns, and newsletters
• Draft and distribute engaging marketing communications to clients and prospects
• Assist in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns and promotions
• Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand positioning across all channels

Administration

• Organize marketing assets (photos, videos, client documentation)
• Update Google Drive, Notion, or internal systems with the latest materials
• Support weekly marketing reporting
• Secure new business leads
• Handle inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone in professional English
• Maintain timely, proactive, and high-quality communication with potential clients
• Assist in CRM updates (Odoo or similar systems)
• Support preparation of proposals and sales materials

Coordination

• Liaise with operations team for event executions
• Coordinate with designers or external vendors when needed
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and activities

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing sales, or client communication
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Confident in handling client communications (chat, email, phone)
• Familiar with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and basic marketing tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
