Job summary

A leading business solutions provider is seeking a Sales Manager fluent in Japanese and English to join their team in South Jakarta. PT BREXA Indonesia (Formerly OS Selnajaya Indonesia), a leading provider of business solutions, is seeking a talented Sales Manager who speaks Japanese to join our client Team (Japanese Trading industry). This full-time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, and will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales initiatives and strengthening relationships with our Japanese-speaking clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop new clients/Maintain existing clients
  • Coordinate with suppliers all over the world.
  • Will go on business trips
  • Manage and coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, client outreach, and order fulfilment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese-speaking clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
  • Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on sales activities and performance
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales, preferably in Japanese Trading industry (mandatory)
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal. (mandatory)
  • Holds JLPT N2/JLPT N3 (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • MUST have Driver’s license (SIM A)
