Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in Hotel Sales, Corporate Sales, or a related field. Strong network within government institutions, ministries, SOEs, corporate accounts, and MICE industry, particularly in Jakarta. Proven track record in acquiring corporate accounts, government tenders, and MICE business. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills. Good understanding of hotel commercial operations, revenue generation, and the hospitality industry. Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy to drive weekday occupancy and revenue across managed properties. Identify, pursue, and secure corporate, government, and MICE business opportunities. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key corporate accounts, government institutions, ministries, and business partners. Negotiate and close corporate agreements (PKS), tenders, and group booking contracts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize revenue opportunities across the managed hotel portfolio. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and business pipeline to achieve revenue targets. Support the development and expansion of the Joint Sales Office (JSO) function.
