Job summary

PT Maju Bersama Gemilang (MBG) is a high-tech company located in Kendal Industrial Park, Kendal, Central Java, specializing in the production of optical fiber, optical cable and submarine cable. MBG possesses advanced equipment and strict production procedures to ensure product quality.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive targets, develop key customers, manage sales plans, and promote the brand with the team and management.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Fluent in English, have skill in Mandarin Language is an advantage.
• Have at least 2 years experience as Sales Manager, familiar with fiber optic cable products and Telecommunication Industry is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility
• Have excellent ability of negotiation and management.
• Willing to placed in Kendal, Jawa Tengah

Responsibilities

• Make sales target and execute company strategy or plan

• Make work plan sales risk and expense control
• Promote company brand together with team and management team.
