Job summary

PT Maju Bersama Gemilang (MBG) seeks an IT staff/system engineer to provide technical and functional support for ERP, MES, WMS, and related applications. You will analyze and resolve issues, develop enhancements, and monitor performance across servers and databases.

The role requires at least 2 years of IT experience, a bachelor’s degree in IT/CE, and good English. MBG is located in Kendal Industrial Park, Indonesia, offering a hands-on high-tech manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years in IT staff or IT system engineer role.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience in Chemicals & Plastics manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for ERP, MES, WMS, and other business applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application, database, and system issues.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications per operational requirements.
• Monitor and optimize application, database, server, and system performance.
• Manage SQL Server databases: backup, restore, performance tuning.
• Install, configure, maintain, and deploy application servers and supporting software.
• Setup, configure, and maintain Windows Server, IIS, and related infrastructure.
• Plan, deploy, and maintain new servers and system environments.
• Support system integration with APIs, PLCs, and third-party systems.
• Document data integration between PLCs, MES, ERP, and industrial automation systems.
• Create technical SOPs and system documentation.
• Provide user training and second-level technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver IT solutions.
• Participate in system implementation, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement.

Job description

Have experience in IT Staff or IT System Engineer at least 2 years
