Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to visit potential agents, educate them about our services, and recruit new partners across Indonesia. You will build trusting relationships and communicate effectively to support growth.

You will monitor performance, implement targeted sales strategies, and work to increase agent productivity through proactive coaching and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• Must own a motorcycle with SIM C.
