Job summary

Quadra Surface is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive – Project to drive project-based sales in the Solo area. You will build strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers, promoting our building materials products and managing orders from inquiry to delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Sales Project, experience with luxury/interior sectors, and are comfortable coordinating with distributors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Sales Project or similar role.
• Experience with architects, contractors, and developers is a plus.
• Maximum age 38 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Business/Architecture/Interior Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and promote products to customers.
• Maintain existing customers and seek new ones.
• Process purchase orders from customers.
• Familiar with building materials (ceramic, marble, granite).
• Coordinate with distribution to ensure on-time delivery and good condition.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly.
• Ensure sales targets are met within set timelines.

Job Description

• Introducing and promoting products to customer.
• Maintain existing customer and looking for new customer.
• Processing Purchase Order from customer.
• Familiar with building material industry (ceramic, marmer, or granite)
• Coordinate with the distribution department to ensure that the product is received by the customer on time and in a good condition.
• Handle complaints submitted by customers and resolve them quickly.
• Ensuring all sales target to be achieved with targeted time.

Job Requirements

• Maximum age is 38 years old.
• Bachelor degree of Business, Architecture,or Interior Design.
• Having minimum 3 years experiences as Sales Project.
• Experience in Luxury Brand, Premium Banking or Interior (plus point).
• Experience in handling architect, contractor, developer will be advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Solo
