Ultra Voucher seeks a Sales Executive (Merchant Canvassing) to expand our merchant network in Medan and other major Indonesian cities. You will visit merchants, explain products and services, and onboard new partners while building strong relationships in a fast-paced field setting.

This role emphasizes meeting daily to monthly sales targets, independence, mobility, and collaboration with teammates. Located in Medan with opportunities for growth and rewards based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, canvassing or similar role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain merchant relationships.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Visit and approach potential merchants within assigned areas.
• Introduce and explain products, services, and benefits to prospective merchants.
• Acquire and onboard new merchants according to company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective merchants.
• Follow up with potential merchants and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and merchant acquisition targets.
• Collect and report field information, merchant feedback, and sales activities.
• Stay active in the field and identify new business opportunities.

As a Sales Executive (Merchant Canvassing), you will be responsible for expanding merchant network by identifying and approaching potential merchants in the field. You will build strong relationships with business owners, introduce products and services, and support the onboarding process.

Medan (Priority) Jakarta Bandung Surabaya

Key Responsibilities
