Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and acquiring new clients.
• Resourcefulness in finding a way into a company, even without an existing contact.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to listen, ask useful questions, and understand what a client needs.
• Confidence working independently, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Consistency in following up and working toward sales targets.
• Integrity and accountability for commitments made to clients.
• Experience in events, production, agencies, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients, find the right contacts, and start meaningful conversations.
• Build a sales pipeline through outreach and professional networks.
• Understand clients’ event needs and communicate clear briefs to the team.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations with the team.
• Follow up consistently and negotiate opportunities through to an agreement.
• Keep the sales pipeline updated with progress and next steps.
• Maintain client relationships and develop opportunities for repeat events.
