Assistant Store Manager

Our client is seeking an energetic and organized Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations of their retail outlet in Surabaya. This role is critical in ensuring the store runs efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting the sales team. You will gain valuable experience in retail management, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer engagement, contributing directly to the store's overall success and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Support the sales team by providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Help manage inventory levels, including accurate receiving, stocking, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock availability.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

Requirements
