Job summary

IGAWARA CORPORATION PTE LTD in Batam, Indonesia, seeks a Sales and Business Development professional to drive growth in steel fabrication yards, shipyards, offshore yards and related industries. You will deliver sales and technical support for high-precision laser cutting and intelligent systems, and promote our solutions across projects.

Candidates should have a degree in engineering or related field, at least two years' B2B sales experience, strong English, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales or business development experience in steel fabrication yards, shipyards, offshore yards, pressure vessel workshops, steel or related industries.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote working environment.

Responsibilities

Sales and technical support for high-precision laser cutting & intelligent systems in Electrical Equipment & Steel material.
Promote and support: High-Precision Laser Cutting Systems and Fully Automatic Marking & Printing Systems for Shipbuilding Steel Plates.
Develop and maintain customers in fabrication yards, shipyards, offshore yards, EPC and pressure vessel workshops and steel industries.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations as required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Submit accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly work reports including sales activities and opportunities.
