Job summary

Dexion Brand in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Engineer to join the team. You will work under the sales manager, identify prospects across Indonesia, and present solutions that fit customer needs and budget.

Collaborate with Project and Engineering teams to develop solutions, manage contracts, and ensure projects meet specifications. Fluency in English and a proactive, independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, industrial storage solutions, construction engineering, or mechanical handling equipment.
• Must be able to write and speak English fluently.
• Mature, independent personality with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of the sales manager, support sales activities across Indonesia.
• Seek sales prospects and opportunities covering the whole of Indonesia.
• Advise and present to customers on optimal solutions that fit requirements and budget.
• Coordinate with Project and Engineering teams to develop solutions meeting customer needs.
• Administer all sales contracts and documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure projects are executed per agreed specifications.
• Track status on contract execution and project milestones.
• Monitor payments and billing to customers.

Sales Engineer

Duties and responsibilities :

• v The role under the guidance of the sales manager.


• v Seek Sales prospects and opportunities covering whole Indonesia


• v Advise & Present to customers on the optimal solution to suits their requirement and budget.


• v Work with Project & Engineering team to develop solutions meeting customer requirement.


• v Administer all sales contracts and documentation


• v Follow up on the customers to ensure projects are executed accordingly to agreed specification and requirements.


• v Track status on the contract execution


• v Track payment and billing to customers

Requirement

Mature personality and can work independently with little supervision.

Have minimum 1 to 3 years experiences in the following industries - Warehousing; Industrial Storage Solutions; Construction Engineering, Mechanical Handling Equipment

Have a strong desire to take charge and be responsible for the successful completion of every task assigned.

Education

Minimum Degree, industrial or Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Business degree with technical bias are preferred; Overseas work and education experiences would have added advantages

Able to write and speak English fluently is a must for this job to communicate with regional team.
