Job summary

PT Astra Otoparts Tbk invites a Sales Engineer to analyze, manage, and develop market potential and business opportunities to achieve sales targets in the automotive components sector in Indonesia.

The role requires identifying customer needs, delivering technical solutions aligned with project specifications, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while developing new ones, and monitoring orders and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma D3 in Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering, Foundry Engineering, or Industrial Engineering are preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in an equivalent role within the mold and die industry.
• Ability to plan and implement sales strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of curiosity regarding the market.
• Willingness to be placement at all of the companys branches.
