Job summary

PT Surya Lintas Pasifik seeks a results-driven leader to guide the Sales and Digital Marketing/Media teams in Surabaya. You will craft and implement sales and marketing strategies to hit targets and drive growth across social platforms, marketplaces, and websites.

You will monitor KPIs, coach staff, and collaborate with operations to meet customer needs while reporting performance to management.

Qualifications

Minimum 1st degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or Business.
Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor or Team Leader in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Experience leading teams.
Understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
Accustomed to working with targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Sales and Digital Marketing/Media teams
Develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
Ensure promotional activities on social media, marketplaces, websites, and digital platforms run according to plan
Monitor KPI achievement for each team
Conduct coaching, evaluation, and development of team members
Collaborate with operational divisions to ensure customer needs are met
Analyze sales data and media performance to determine more effective strategies
Prepare routine reports to management on sales results and marketing activities
