Job summary

Allianz Indonesia is hiring a full-time Compliance Assistant in Jakarta Pusat. The successful candidate will assist the Regulatory and Sales Compliance teams through documentation, data analysis, and tracking tasks that support compliance monitoring. Candidates should have excellent skills in Microsoft Office, the ability to communicate in English, and preferably some experience in the insurance or financial sector. Qualifications

• Excellent computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous internship or work experience in insurance or financial institutions preferred.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regulatory Compliance team in gap analysis documentation and monitoring.
• Support Sales Compliance team with data analysis for monitoring.
• Provide timely reporting and track Compliance tasks.
• Assist with various day-to-day tasks and projects within Compliance.

Computer skills (Ms. Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Proactive and detail-oriented

Effective communication in English

Familiarity with (Generative) Artificial Intelligence
