Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain and organize product displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and well-presented.
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory following company guidelines and best practices.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding inventory requirements.
• Receive and unpack deliveries, verifying contents against purchase orders.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Assist in promotional activities and campaigns as directed by management.
• Maintain awareness of current products, pricing, and special offers to inform customer interactions.
• Support team members in achieving sales targets and departmental goals.
