Job summary

Heart Troops in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Sales Assistant to welcome customers and assist them in choosing products that fit their needs. You will explain promotions, handle transactions, and support stock and merchandising to maintain store standards.

You should be friendly, well-groomed, and sales-oriented, with 1–2 years in fashion/beauty/lifestyle retail. Shifts include weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or retail.

• Support stock availability in the sales area and assist with product replenishment and visual merchandising according to store standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall comfort of the store, including its facilities and inventory.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other store administration and operational duties as assigned by management.
• Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 year experience as a Sales Assistant, Store Crew, or similar role, preferably in fashion/beauty/lifestyle retail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
• Confident, well-groomed, and presentable.
• Sales-oriented; motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Willing to work in shifts and work in weekends & public holidays.
• Candidates living near the store location will be prioritized.
