Qualifications

• Degree in Arts, Visual Communication Design, Fashion Design, or related fields.
• Prior experience in fashion, textile, or creative industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate and other design tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and trend research related to motifs, patterns, color palettes, and visual aesthetics.
• Develop creative concepts through moodboards, references, storytelling, and visual exploration.
• Create original illustrations, motifs, prints, and supporting artworks aligned with the brand identity and collection direction.
• Collaborate closely with fashion designers and related teams in developing collection concepts and visual assets.
• Prepare illustration files for production and coordinate ensure design and color accuracy.
• Support creative product development needs across categories and campaigns when needed.
• Organize and maintain digital archives of artworks, motifs, and creative assets.
• Continuously explore new creative ideas, illustration styles, and visual approaches relevant to the brand.

• Create original illustrations, motifs, prints, and supporting artworks aligned with the brand identity and collection direction.
• Collaborate closely with fashion designers and related teams in developing collection concepts and visual assets.
• Prepare illustration files for production and help coordinate ensure design and color accuracy.
• Support creative product development needs across categories and campaigns when needed.
• Organize and maintain digital archives of artworks, motifs, and creative assets.
• Continuously explore new creative ideas, illustration styles, and visual approaches relevant to the brand.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Visual Communication Design, Fashion Design, or related fields.
• Prior experience in similar position in fashion, textile, or creative industries is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate and other relevant design tools.
• Strong sense of composition, color, visual storytelling, and aesthetic awareness.
• Able to translate concepts and inspirations into commercially relevant visual designs.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously.
