Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote hospital services and specialities across various media channels
• Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, corporate clients, and community healthcare partners
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement
• Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and promotional videos that highlight hospital facilities and expertise
• Coordinate with clinical departments to understand service offerings and translate them into compelling marketing messages
• Manage social media accounts and online presence to engage with the community and enhance brand awareness
• Organise and participate in health awareness campaigns, medical exhibitions, and community outreach programmes
• Track marketing performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness to management
• Identify sales opportunities and support the sales process to increase patient admissions and service utilisation
• Maintain patient satisfaction through follow-up communications and feedback management

As Sales and Marketing Staff, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our hospital's visibility and reputation within the community, whilst building strong relationships with patients, healthcare partners, and referral sources. This role is instrumental in supporting the hospital's growth objectives and ensuring our services reach those who need them most.

Key responsibilities
