Job summary

StarWORKS Global, Bali/Jakarta based, is seeking top sales talent to join its regional teams. Reporting to the Indonesian Sales Manager, you will learn to prospect, present the StarWORKS Ecosystem, and generate new client leads monthly to meet regional objectives.

You will plan and execute daily sales activities, respond to client inquiries, and aim to achieve personal targets while developing product marketing initiatives across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience, preferred in financial services, banking or insurance.
• Must communicate in English at presentation level.
• Willing to learn new technologies and initiatives.

StarWORKS Global are actively seeking to recruit the very best Sales Talent to work within their Bali/Jakarta based Sales Teams.Reporting to the Indonesian Sales Manager, with a dotted line report to the Chief Marketing Officer, All Sales Agents will be responsible for meeting and introducing prospective clients to the StarWORKS Global Ecosystem (Range of Products). Led by the Indonesian Sales Manager, you will learn to prospect, make presentations and generate new client leads each month inline with regional business objectives.

Requirements

• Maximum 30 years of age.
• Must be Good looking, well groomed and take pride in appearance.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year sales experience (financial services, banking or
  insurance industry is preferred).
• Must be able to communicate in English to presentation level.
• Willing to learn new technologies, initiatives personally and professionally
• Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales. To include skills such as:
  client prospecting, presentation skills, new client acquisition, customer services.
