The role requires fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, plus willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Engineering or Business preferred).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to learn technical products and solutions.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage sales activities from prospecting to project completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and project teams.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
• Follow up with local and international customers and suppliers.
• Support project execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage team members when required.
• Attend exhibitions, factory visits, and business meetings.
