Job summary

South East Brewing Co. is seeking a Sales professional to drive growth across Bali and Jakarta.

The role covers a broad range of accounts including cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, events, and retail, with emphasis on building lasting relationships and achieving monthly targets. From junior to senior levels, this team member will collaborate with production, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth operations, while seniors mentor teammates and shape sales strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (FMCG, F&B, or beverage industry is a big plus).
• Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about the craft beer scene and eager to grow with us.
• For senior roles: Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving targets.
