PT Agrigrow International Trading is seeking a full-time Sales based in Jakarta-Tangerang and Surabaya offices to drive growth in the animal feed sector. You will manage sales activities across poultry, ruminants, and aquaculture, build relationships with customers, and pursue new opportunities.
The role requires strong communication, networking, and a proven sales track record. Willingness to travel, be highly motivated, and have own transportation.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or relevant knowledge of the animal feed industry.
- Experience in sales or business related to animal feed (poultry, ruminants, or aquaculture)
- Passionate about sales and target-oriented
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales
- Must have personal transportation

Base Salary + Commission
Health Insurance (BPJS Kesehatan)
Transportation / fuel allowance (max. IDR 300,000/month, receipt-based)
