PT Decathlon Retail Indonesia in Surabaya seeks a Retail Specialist to lead store operations, merchandising, and customer experience in a dynamic, sport-focused environment. You will engage customers in-store and online, manage stock flows, and contribute to campaigns that boost sales and satisfaction.

The role offers both part-time and full-time options, with a focus on field engagement, teamwork, and customer-centric service, alongside a structured training plan.

Qualifications

• Willing to work for a PART-TIME / FULL-TIME position.
• English skills (complimentary).
• You have a passion for sport, a taste for business and looking for a retail career.
• You like being out in the field, advising users of all levels, with a desire to share your passion.
• Your priority is to satisfy your “sports-loving customers”!
• You are known for your team spirit and dynamism.
• You have a sense of responsibility and organization, and you know how to invest yourself according to your ambitions.
• Your playground offers real opportunities! You work hand in hand with the department manager who manages you, and you benefit from a training plan to help you succeed in all your missions.
• Work on weekends and public holidays are mandatory.
• Part-time weekly working time: 20-35 hours (no work-no pay system).

Retail Specialist (Future Store Leader) - Surabaya

Responsibilities

1. Satisfy my customers by selling our products and services (Membuat pelanggan puas dengan menjual produk dan layanan kami)

Keep the store environment safe, be available and welcome every customer, adjust your time to customer flow, sell in-store and online, offer the loyalty program, handle payments, and manage buybacks.

2. Satisfy my customers by a commercial and dynamic layout experience (Membuat pelanggan puas dengan pengalaman layout yang komersial dan dinamis)

Apply merchandising guidelines in-store, keep displays aligned with business needs, respond quickly to alerts, highlight best-selling products (global and local), launch commercial campaigns, and adjust layouts for seasonal changes.

3. Satisfy my customers through process efficiency and stock availability (Membuat pelanggan puas melalui efisiensi proses dan ketersediaan stok)

Ensure smooth stock handling and order flows by managing deliveries, accuracy checks, returns, fitting rooms, click & collect, ship-from-store, and quality procedures.
