Job summary

EIGER is seeking a Retail Assistant in Bali to be on the frontline helping customers with outdoor gear and providing experiential service to encourage purchases.

You will advise customers, explain product features, and guide end-to-end sales at the store. Eligible candidates should have strong communication, customer focus, and readiness to work shifts.

Based on the customer needs, you are responsible for performing our products and providing experiential customer service satisfaction to encourage customers to purchase at the store.

In this role, you will get to

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.

What you will Need to Succeed

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB).
• Customer Oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and work on holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.
