Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our store team. You will be at the frontline of helping customers with outdoor gear, advising on products, and ensuring a satisfying buying experience.

You will explain product features and materials, answer questions, and guide customers through end-to-end selling from inquiry to checkout, aiming to meet store targets and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; sales/marketing experience (SPG/SPB) is a plus.
• Customer oriented approach to service.
• Willing to work shifts and on holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably domiciled near the nearest EIGER Stores across Indonesia.

In this role, you will get to

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.

What you will Need to Succeed

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB)

• Willing to work shifts and work on holidays

• Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia
