Yayasan Plan International Indonesia invites applications for a Safety & Security Consultant based in Jakarta. The role maintains safety and security policies, coordinates training and drills, and supports NFI distribution logistics under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager and in collaboration with the Operations Director and Executive Director.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of NGO safety/security experience, demonstrates strong planning and leadership, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in safety and security, logistics, or a related field, preferably in an NGO or humanitarian setting.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Leadership, proactive and takes initiative.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and deliver safety and security work across YPII under supervision.
• Update safety and security SOPs and policies and train staff.
• Conduct safety risk assessments, emergency response assessments and drills.
• Coordinate with field offices on HEAT and other trainings (first aid, fire drill, defensive driving).
• Prepare and submit safety and security reports to Country Management Team and Global Hub.
• Carry out monthly checks of facilities and fleet and ensure safety equipment is available.
