Job summary

PT. Bhakti Tidar Nusantara is seeking an experienced HSE professional in Batam with a 3–5 year track record in process plants, storage terminals, construction, or oil and gas sectors.

You will assist the HSE lead, audit PTW systems, review MSRA, identify unsafe conditions, and ensure lifting plans and site inspections meet safety standards. The role requires hands-on safety leadership at worksites, effective risk assessment skills, and the ability to coordinate with site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years professional experience in Health and Safety in related industry (Process Plant, Storage Terminals, Construction, oil and gas).
• Experience in Shutdown/Maintenance/Project.
• Assist and support HSE lead.
• Sufficient HSE knowledge about scope of our work.
• Able to audit the PTW.
• Review MSRA.
• Identify unsafe condition or unsafe action at site.
• Able to review the lifting plan.
• Do regular site inspections at site.
• Auditor course any if any.

Responsibilities

• Audit PTW and ensure compliance at sites.
• Review MSRA and update hazard controls.
• Identify unsafe conditions or actions and escalate.
• Review lifting plans for safe execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify controls.
• Assist HSE lead in daily operations and incident follow-up.
