Job summary

PT Arutmin Indonesia seeks a Safety & Health Supervisor based in Senakin, South Kalimantan. You will plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate the implementation of safety and health activities conducted by all employees and contractors to ensure compliance with government regulations.

The role requires AK3 Umum certification, familiarity with SMKP and relevant regulations, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (S1) degree in any major.
• 1-3 years of experience in related position.
• Certified AK3 Umum; preferably SMKP, ISO 45001, or POP.
• Good knowledge about SMKP and government regulation related to safety & health.
• Good understanding about emergency response system.
• Own SIM A is preferred.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High commitment to PT Arutmin Indonesia standard in safety, environment, business ethic, and good corporate governance.
