Job summary
Pt Sefong Industries Batam is seeking a Remote Process Safety Engineer to join our global operations team. This fully remote role focuses on developing, implementing, and auditing process safety management systems across international facilities to uphold the highest safety standards.
You will conduct PHAs (HAZOP/LOPA/What-If), lead PSSRs and MOC reviews remotely, investigate incidents, and provide expert guidance to engineering and operations teams worldwide to strengthen a proactive safety
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PSM programs per industry best practices and regs.
- Conduct PHAs (HAZOP/LOPA/What-If) for new and existing processes.
- Perform PSSRs and MOC reviews remotely.
- Investigate process safety incidents, identify root causes, and suggest corrective actions.
- Provide expert technical safety guidance to engineering and operations teams globally.
- Monitor KPIs for process safety and report compliance.
