Job summary

Green School Bali is seeking a practical, organised Safeguarding & Compliance Officer to coordinate audits, maintain safeguarding records, and organise training across departments. You will liaise with HR, HSE, Security, Facilities, and vendors to ensure compliance and timely action closure.

The role requires strong record-keeping, training coordination, and administrative support with attention to confidentiality and child protection.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in school administration, safeguarding, compliance, HR, legal administration, or a similar role with coordinating training, audits or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Education, HR, Management or related field.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; HashMicro experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit and Monitoring & Evaluation (Monev) coordination and maintain evidence and action plans to ensure compliance.
• Maintain Central Training Register (CTR) and Single Central Record (SCR); coordinate safeguarding training and attendance records.
• Provide administrative support; maintain organized records, procurement via HashMicro, and ensure smooth operations of compliance and pastoral functions.
