Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is looking for a Medical Records Clerk to manage patient records on-site in Balikpapan. You will retrieve files, reorganize them according to standards, and ensure records are complete with test results and related documentation.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate storage, following quality procedures, attending trainings, and reporting indicators to support hospital-wide targets. Bachelor’s degree is required.
