Job summary

Grab is seeking an RTR Associate in Jakarta to join the General Ledger team within the Shared Service Centre. You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and ensure complete and accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monthly close, balance sheet analysis, and collaboration with regional teams to maintain consistent data. Strong accounting background and WFH tools integration are valued as Grab continues to leverage AI in its workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2+ years of accounting experience; Big 4 a strong plus.
• Strong BS & PL analysis, PSAK, and financial processesknowledge.
• ERP/EPM proficiency and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial closing and reporting with strict deadlines.
• Maintain, reconcile and analyze Balance Sheet listings.
• Prepare journal entries to ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with Country Controllers, Tax, FP&A and regional controllers.
• Organize documentation and perform financial analysis for audits in line with SOX standards.
• Be adaptable and explore AI tools to streamline accounting workflows.
