Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university, domestic or overseas, with GPA > 3.30 (S1) or GPA > 3.50 (S2)
• 1–2 years of work experience (excluding internships)
• Track record of leadership activities and other extracurricular involvement
• Excellent communication skills
• Good English proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Pass the selection process

Responsibilities

• Understand UOB at Group Level and its regional offices.
• Demonstrate understanding of the home division's stakeholders and the inter-relatedness of the functions.
