Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia in South Jakarta invites a diligent Room Attendant to uphold our high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.

You will service beds, bathrooms, replenish amenities, report maintenance, and ensure guest privacy while working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior housekeeping experience is a plus, and strong teamwork and communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping staff is preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Check room condition and report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Handle guest belongings and hotel property with care and follow lost-and-found procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and work areas.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies and guest amenities as required.
• Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, safety, security, and guest privacy.
• Respond politely and professionally to reasonable guest requests.
• Complete assigned rooms within the required time and quality standards.
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.
