Job summary

PT YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking a telecom network engineer to optimize wireless front-end performance and manage end-to-end cluster acceptance. You will plan and implement optimization tasks, communicate with customers, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, collecting customer requirements, and presenting acceptance findings to clients.

Qualifications

• Familiar with GSM/LTE/NR principles, mobile standards, and radio optimization; 2+ years in telecom engineering implementation and network maintenance.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication, self-discipline and responsibility.
• Strong communication, teamwork, customer service awareness, and goal orientation.
• Moderate English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Proactive, diligent work ethic and strong execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Optimize drive test metrics for wireless network front-end and resolve front-end network issues.
• Plan, implement, and communicate wireless network optimization work to customers.
• Organize cluster acceptance end-to-end, track subcontractor tests, generate acceptance reports, and present to clients.
• Coordinate customer communications; prepare materials and reports and collect customer issues and requirements.

Job description

1.Responsible for optimizing drive test metrics for the wireless network front-end, as well as identifying, tracking, and resolving front-end network issues.

2.Responsible for the planning, implementation, and customer communication of wireless network optimization work.

3.End-to-end organization and tracking of cluster acceptance, including subcontractor test tracking, front-end test optimization, acceptance report generation, and client presentation, to complete cluster acceptance.

4.Organize and participate in various customer communication activities; responsible for preparing relevant materials and reports, as well as collecting customer issues and requirements.

1. Familiar with GSM/LTE/NR basic principles, mobile communication standards, protocols and radio Optimization, with more than 2 years of experience in Telecommunication engineering implementation and network maintenance.

2. Outgoing personality, logical thinking, good communication skills, self-discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

3. Possess strong communication skills, team spirit, customer service awareness, and a goal-oriented mindset.

4. Have a certain level of proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

5. Work proactively and diligently, with a high sense of responsibility and strong execution capability.
