Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines is seeking a wireless network optimization professional to monitor and improve network performance in Jakarta. You will plan and communicate optimization activities, upgrade implementations, and support key events while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications include knowledge of GSM/LTE/NR principles, strong communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Familiar with GSM/LTE/NR principles, mobile standards, protocols and radio optimization.
• Outgoing personality, logical thinking, good communication, self-discipline and strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication, teamwork, customer service awareness and goal-oriented mindset.
• Have a certain level of proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Work proactively and diligently, with high sense of responsibility and strong execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Wireless network performance monitoring and identifying, tracking, and resolving network issues and risks.
• Planning, implementation, and customer communication of wireless network optimization activities (upgrades, expansion, feature deployment, event support).
• Organize and participate in customer communication activities; prepare/present materials and collect customer issues and requirements.
• Interpret wireless network optimization clauses in contracts, break down tasks, identify risks, and monitor progress.
• Organize and lead capability building of the wireless network optimization team, including staffing assessment.
