Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Preferably holds a valid WPPE license from OJK or has passed the WPPE exam.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a public accounting firm or risk-related function is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks.
• Good understanding of risk management frameworks, internal control systems, and regulatory compliance (OJK, IDX, etc.).
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management (ERM) concepts and tools is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with risk management software or tools is a plus.
• Able to work well under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
