Job summary

PT TEKNOLOGI WELDIM INDONESIA is seeking a RBI Lead Engineer to lead end-to-end RBI, RLA, and RE programs for static assets. The role requires directing multi-disciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring CSMS/HSSE compliance, with a focus on asset integrity across oil and gas projects.

The candidate should hold a PE certification and have at least 10 years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in RBI/RLA per API standards, based in Jakarta or a nearby region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified in the requirements.
• Professional Engineer certification (Insinyur/Ir.) is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, including 5+ years RBI/RLA per API 580, API 581, API 510, API 570.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RBI, RLA, and RE programs for static assets.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams and manage budgets, schedules, and CSMS/HSSE compliance.
• Provide asset integrity recommendations and serve as technical sign-off authority.

  • Lead end-to-end Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), Remaining Life Assessment (RLA), and Re-Evaluation (RE) programs for static assets.

  • Direct multi-disciplinary engineering teams and manage project budgets, schedules, and CSMS/HSSE compliance.

  • Formulate asset integrity recommendations, evaluate plant life extension studies, and serve as technical sign-off authority.

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, Civil (Structure), Marine, or Offshore Engineering.

  • Mandatory: Professional Engineer (Insinyur / Ir.) certification.

  • Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, including 5+ years executing RBI/RLA studies per API 580, API 581, API 510, and API 570 standards.
