Job summary

PT Teknologi Weldim Indonesia seeks an experienced RBI Engineer to lead risk-based inspection strategies across our operations. You will implement RBI plans, model degradation, and collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize inspection intervals and asset integrity.

The role requires hands-on experience with Nexus RBI, API 580/581, and strong English communication for reporting and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

RBI Implementation & Optimization: Plan, facilitate, and perform RBI assessments per API 580/581 and industry best practices.
Software Management & Data Analysis: Use NEXUS RBI to model degradation, perform risk analysis, and generate optimized inspection programs.
Integrity Management: Evaluate equipment risk profiles and recommend inspection methods and intervals.
Technical Reporting: Prepare technical reports, risk assessment summaries, and actionable inspection recommendations.
Continuous Improvement: Update risk profiles based on inspection findings and operational changes.
