Job summary

Kanmo Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day store operations across our fashion retail network in Indonesia. You will drive operational excellence, hit commercial targets, manage people, budgets, and ensure stores run efficiently in line with brand standards.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years in fashion/retail operations, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach to improve sales, profitability, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business/Management or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant retail operations experience.
• Proven managerial experience in fashion/retail.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate targets into operational plans.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end retail operations across all stores.
• Develop and implement operational plans and initiatives to support objectives.
• Monitor KPIs: sales, revenue, profitability, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure stores meet sales, income, and profit targets.
• Manage and control operational budgets including forecasting and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance on accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, data entry, and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for timely operational and financial reports.
• Lead, manage, and develop store teams including recruitment and performance management.
• Ensure manpower planning and workforce allocation across stores.
• Build strong relationships with store teams, management, brand partners and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, and regulations.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational reviews to identify gaps.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, and Warehouse for execution.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Contribute to organizational policies and best practices.
• Support management in evaluating store operations and customer experience.
• Prepare and present regular operational updates to senior management.
