Job summary

You will monitor progress, build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future needs, and provide regular updates. The position is based at the BSD, Tangerang office in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in high-volume environments; mass hiring preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and interviewing skills.
• Willingness to work from the BSD, Tangerang office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions with a focus on mass hiring.
• Manage multiple vacancies and hiring priorities simultaneously.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment requirements.
• Monitor recruitment progress and achieve hiring targets within the agreed timeline.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports.
• Support recruitment events, walk-in interviews, and other hiring activities when required.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies and sourcing methods.
