Job summary

Pt Tomorrow World Internasional is looking for a proactive Retail Operations Supervisor for our Bandar Lampung store to oversee daily operations and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced electronics retail environment.

You will manage inventory, train staff, and ensure POS accuracy while maintaining high store standards and consistent policy execution across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in retail operations or a supervisory role.
• Experience in electronics or technology retail is preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory and control operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure efficient inventory management, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
• Manage and motivate a team of retail associates, providing guidance and feedback.
• Oversee accurate processing of customer transactions at the POS system.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and organized product displays.
• Enforce company policies to ensure operational compliance and safety.
• Assist in developing and executing store plans to meet sales goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager in staffing, training, and performance management.
• Conduct regular store walks to identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure electronic merchandise is priced, displayed, and maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or a supervisory role, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and control operational costs.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail POS systems and inventory management software.
• Good knowledge of consumer electronics products and trends.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs in Bandar Lampung, Lampung.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
